“Left It In The River” arrives on the heels of MacDonald’s breakout success “Desperate,” which held the No. 1 position on the Billboard Christian AC and Mediabase Christian AC charts for 7 consecutive weeks. The song, written during a season of grief following the loss of her father, connected with listeners navigating pain, faith, and healing. A reimagined version of “Desperate” featuring GRAMMY Award winner Lauren Daigle is also out.

MacDonald is currently on the road with Phil Wickham, as part of his Song of the Saints Tour. “I couldn’t be more excited for the Song of the Saints tour with Phil and Tauren (Wells),” added MacDonald. “These are two artists I’ve looked up to for a long time, so it’s extra special for me and such an honor to be a part!”
